INGREDIENTS: 

L-CARNITINE, ACETYL L-CARNITINE, CITRUS AURANTIUM (including synephrine).

Other Ingredients: Magnesium stearate, magnesium oxide, vegetarian capsule.

Directions for use: Take 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach 45 minutes to 1 hour before training. On non training days, take 2 capsules before breakfast.
